Thoughtfully Matched Consultation & Supervision Groups for Therapists
Therapy can be isolating
Most of the real work- the uncertainty, the emotional pull, the moments where something doesn’t quite make sense - happens alone.
Over time, many therapists find themselves wanting something more than case consultation or advice. They want a space where they can slow down, think more carefully, and be honest about what is actually happening in the work. A space where they don’t have to hold it all on their own.
This network is designed to make those spaces easier to find.
Supervision and consultation options
There are a few different ways to engage, depending on what you’re needing:
Individual supervision: ongoing or short-term, depending on your goals
Supervision groups for pre-licensed therapists: consistent, high-quality support as you develop your clinical voice
Consultation groups: small groups of 4–6 therapists, thoughtfully matched
All placements are curated with attention to clinical orientation, level of experience, and relational fit. The goal is not just to connect people but to create working relationships that actually feel useful.
How it works
The process is simple:
Apply → Interview → Placement
You’ll share a bit about your clinical work, your orientation, and what you’re looking for. In some cases, we’ll schedule a brief conversation to get a better sense of how you think and what kind of space will feel most generative for you.
From there, you’ll be matched with a supervisor or group.
A network for thoughtful clinicians
This tends to be a good fit for therapists who are drawn to:
Relational, psychodynamic, or analytic approaches
Thinking about the therapist’s internal experience as part of the work
Slowing things down rather than rushing to solutions
Spaces where honesty matters more than performance
You don’t need to work in a specific model, but you do need to be interested in depth, complexity, and reflection.
Consultation groups
Consultation groups are small (4–6 therapists) and peer-led.
Some are newly formed through the network. Others are existing groups that are looking to add members in a thoughtful way.
These groups work best when there is consistency and shared investment. Members are asked to:
Meet regularly
Participate actively
Take responsibility for arranging their own meeting space (in person or virtual)
The network helps shape the group at the outset, but the group itself becomes the ongoing container.
A note on fit
Not everyone who applies will be accepted.
This isn’t about exclusivity- it’s about protecting the integrity of the spaces being created. Groups work best when there is enough shared orientation and willingness to be known.
We are prioritizing clinicians who are interested in depth-oriented work and who are open to reflecting on their own role in the clinical process.
Flexible support
You might be looking for something ongoing, or something more contained.
Ongoing supervision
A consultation group
Short-term support around a specific case or dynamic
There’s room here to find what actually fits your work right now.
