Therapy for Queer, Trans, & Neurodivergent Adults via Telehealth in PA & NJ

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down, therapy can be a place to set some things down and not have to hold yourself together. I offer individual therapy adults in PA and NJ through telehealth, often with people who are queer, trans, or neurodivergent, or who have spent years feeling misunderstood or under pressure to mask parts of themselves in
order to get by. Our work together is steady and collaborative.

A Steady, Collaborative Approach to Therapy

You don’t need to arrive with a plan, the right words, or a polished version of yourself. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, paying attention to what helps your body settle and what it’s like to speak without editing or bracing. Some sessions focus on what’s happening right now and others make space for experiences that still echo in the background.

A place where you don’t have to mask

Many clients describe therapy as a relief - a space where they don’t have to hold it all together and can speak honestly without performing. My hope is that you’ll feel welcomed and cared for here, and that over time this becomes a place where you feel more grounded and at ease in your own skin.
