This application is a way for me to get a sense of how you think about your clinical work and what you’re looking for at this point in your development. I’m less interested in credentials and more interested in how you approach complexity, uncertainty, and the emotional experience of the work.

Not everyone who applies will be placed. The goal is to create supervision relationships and groups that feel thoughtful, generative, and sustainable—for you and for the other people involved.
