Neurodivergent Therapy in PA (Telehealth)
We offer neurodivergent affirming therapy for adults across Pennsylvania via telehealth. Whether you identify as ADHD, autistic, or are still figuring that out, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself.
We’re not trying to fix you
You are not broken. A lot of neurodivergent people come to therapy carrying years of subtle or overt messages that something is off. We know that there is nothing inherently better about neurotypicality. Neurodivergent brains work differently and instead of trying to ‘teach’ you to be neurotypical we get curious about how your mind actually works. We might talk about burnout, overwhelm, relationships, or the constant effort of holding it all together. We move at your pace, and we pay attention to what you want and need from therapy, not to some external idea about the right way to be in session. You don’t need a diagnosis to be here.
Individual therapy for neurodivergent people
We work with neurodivergent adults and couples across Pennsylvania.
That includes people who are:
ADHD or autistic
late-diagnosed or self-identified
used to masking or feeling like they don’t know the rules
in relationships where differences in processing or communication create tension
exploring their gender identity or who are trans or nonbinary.
Telehealth can makes therapy easier
We offer online therapy throughout Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, State College, and surrounding areas.
For many neurodivergent clients, telehealth isn’t just convenient- it’s what makes therapy possible.
No commute. No waiting rooms. No extra sensory or social demand. You can join from a familiar space where you can settle in and focus on yourself rather than be distracted or overwhelmed by the therapist’s office or the commute to get there.
What it feels like to be here
You don’t have to perform. You don’t have to organize your thoughts perfectly. You don’t have to be ‘on’.
We will check in with you about how therapy will work best for you rather than pushing you to do it the ‘right’ way.

FAQs about Neurodivergent Therapy
Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to start therapy?
No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin neurodivergent therapy.
Many of the people we work with are self-identified or still figuring it out. We focus less on labels and more on understanding how your mind works—your patterns, sensitivities, and strengths—and what actually supports you.
If this resonates, that’s enough.
Is telehealth effective for neurodivergent therapy?
Telehealth therapy can be especially effective for neurodivergent clients.
Being in your own space often reduces sensory overload and social pressure. It can make it easier to focus, unmask, and engage in the work in a way that feels more natural.
Do you offer neurodivergent therapy throughout Pennsylvania?
Yes. We provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy via telehealth across Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas.
You can access therapy from wherever you are in the state.
Can couples therapy help if one partner is neurodivergent?
Yes. We offer couples therapy for neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype relationships.
Differences in communication and processing can create real friction. Therapy helps slow things down, reduce misinterpretation, and build a shared understanding so both people feel more seen.
What if I feel “too much” or not enough?
This is something we hear often in therapy for neurodivergent adults.
Over time, many people internalize the idea that something is wrong with them. Part of the work is gently unpacking those messages and making room for a different understanding—one that’s more accurate, and a lot kinder.
What if I have trouble putting my thoughts into words in therapy?
That’s completely okay and totally common.
You don’t need to come in organized or articulate. Neurodivergent therapy can be slower, more collaborative, and shaped around how you naturally process. We’ll find a pace and style that works for you.
