Cognitive Behavioral Therapy via Telehealth in Pennsylvania
Hello and welcome. مرحبًا وأهلًا وسهلًا.
Hallo und herzlich willkommen.
Therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. I’ve traveled the world and lived in (If you feel comfortable this would be useful to add) I’m fluent in English, Arabic, and German which allows me conduct therapy in people’s first language and to understand people’s cultural contexts.
Therapy in your first language
Emotions, identity, and personal experiences are often most authentically communicated in one’s native language, and I strive to provide culturally sensitive care in my work supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating identity development, adjustment challenges, and relationship concerns.
Trauma-informed Therapy from home
I am trauma-informed and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. My work focuses on helping clients strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication and interpersonal skills, and build effective coping strategies for managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Therapy isn’t only a path toward symptom relief but also an opportunity for deeper self-understanding and meaningful personal growth.
My work emphasizes resilience and self-awareness and I want to help you to feel more grounded, develop healthier coping patterns, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
