Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. All of our therapists offer a free 20–30 minute consultation. This meeting gives you a chance to get a sense of the therapist’s style and to see whether you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. It also allows the therapist to make sure they have the skills and clinical experience needed to be helpful to you.
Consultations are available in person in Philadelphia and via telehealth across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and Florida.

Do you accept my insurance?
We are out-of-network with all insurance companies.
Many of our clients use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy.
We provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company. You are also welcome to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for sessions.

How often will we meet?
We ask all new clients to commit to a weekly meeting schedule. Over the course of your work with your therapist it may make sense to meet more or less frequently but in general you should expect to meet weekly.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients and communities, bringing a trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive approach to each therapeutic relationship. We offer both in-person sessions in Mt. Airy and Center City Philadelphia, and secure telehealth across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and Florida.
